1. Exterior appearance and condition assessment

Perceptions of a product's exterior appearance and condition vary among individuals. While we strive to show prominent areas as much as possible, please understand that used items will have a characteristic feeling of use before purchasing.

2. Regarding light seals and cushioning foam (molt)

The foam (molt) parts are prone to deterioration over time, and as such, they are not subject to repair or replacement by our store. The condition assessment is based on "current operational checks," so please be aware of this beforehand.

3. Events not covered by warranty

Even for products with a warranty, returns or free repairs related to the following are not covered:

・Minute dust, mold, haze, rust, or wear and deterioration due to age that does not affect photography

・Subjective aspects such as the feel of the helicoid or film advance, or the clarity of the viewfinder

・Slight focusing errors of rangefinders or lenses

・Malfunctions due to drops, submersion, impacts, etc., after delivery

4. Disclaimer

Our store shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the product (such as malfunctions of peripheral equipment, loss of photo opportunities, etc.).

Excellent condition: Operational and in clean condition.

Good condition: Operational with no issues affecting photography. Exterior ranges from average to good.

Rare item: An item that is rare.

Excellent exterior condition: The exterior is clean. For operation, please refer to the description.

No rank: Items with practical defects, junk items, items with defects, etc.

We ship internationally via FedEx, DHL, and EMS.

Please note:
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Initial Defect Warranty: Please contact us within 7 business days of product arrival. For obvious malfunctions that could not be confirmed during normal use, we will accept returns.

Regarding Shipping Damage: For damage during shipping, please contact us on the day of product arrival. As a response, we may ask you to contact the shipping carrier. If you can take photos of the condition of the box and other packaging, we can respond more smoothly, so your cooperation would be appreciated.
